MPM: Ep. 269 - Dammed To Hell

In Hell | Sudden Death - Hey everyone! We're giving you a special extra episode this week to finish up Action April and prepare for the The Monster Month of May. In this episode of Motion Picture Meltdown, I pick a couple of Jean-Claude Van Damme movies for us to roast through. This week we touch up on In Hell and Sudden Death. You'll hear us rank our top five action stars, we take a look at how close Sudden Death is to Die Hard, and decide that Ghost Moth is a pretty good band name. Enjoy!

MPM: Ep 268 - Everyone Wants An Uzi, Go Uzi, Go!

True Lies | Sabotage - Hey everyone! We've got another action-packed episode of Motion Picture Meltdown for you, and we couldn't have Action April without the action master himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger! Phil takes the reigns of the picks this week and chooses one of his favorite Arnold movies, True Lies as well as having us all give "old man Arnold" a chance and watch one of his more recent films, Sabotage. In this episode you'll hear why James Cameron never went through with a True Lies sequel, we all create our own sequels to Arnold movies, and Dehart talks about how much he hates the characters in Sabotage. Enjoy!

MPM: Ep. 267 - Handburgers & Footlongs

Domino | Pain & Gain - Hey everyone! Welcome to another episode of Motion Picture Meltdown! We're continuing Action April with Dehart making a couple blind picks. He chose these two movies based on their action-acclaimed directors, but we actually were a bit surprised. This week, we roast through Tony Scott's Domino as well as Michael Bay's Pain & Gain. In this episode, you'll hear us create our own action movies based on real people, we talk about when action directors leave their comfort zones, and Phil mentions that he hates both Top Gun and Point Break...again. Enjoy!

MPM: Ep. 266 - Hardcore Harry And The Hendersons

Hardcore Henry | Shoot Em Up! - Hey everyone! Welcome back to another episode of Motion Picture Meltdown! We know, we haven't posted in a couple weeks and we have a really sweet Riddick Trilogy episode coming to you soon, but we're gonna go ahead and jump into Action April and roast a couple of Cheats' picks. This week we go through Shoot Em Up! and Hardcore Henry. In this episode, we decide how much of ourselves we would make cyborgs, I go into motion sickness details, and Phil tries to defend Shoot Em Up by bringing up The Grey. Enjoy!
