MPM: S04/E08 - The Conan O'Barbarian Show

Conan The Barbarian | Conan The Destroyer - Welcome everyone, to another great episode of Motion Picture Meltdown! This week, Mark, Philip, Travis, and myself once again take to the 80's (aren't we always in the 80's?) and take a look at two early Arnold Schwarzenegger movies in Conan: The Barbarian and Conan: The Destroyer. Although there are tons of cartoons, toys, comics, and novels made...these two movies go back to the very cinematic roots of Conan. In this week's podcast, we talk about the sheer poorness of making a giant muppet snake, the fact that yes, the audience can tell when a monster is wearing a Halloween mask, and the amount of minutes that should take place between punching animals in the face.
