MPM: Ep. 156 - Comedic Fluffing w/ Kevin Bartini

Blazing Saddles | South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut! - Hey everyone! Welcome to another episode of Motion Picture Meltdown! This week we are joined by a very special guest. He is a warm-up comedian for The Daily Show as well as the host for The Movie Preview Review Podcast, Kevin Bartini! Kevin has joined Phil, Dehart and myself to go through a couple of his favorite and most influential comedies. We go through the classic Mel Brooks western satire film, Blazing Saddles as well as the first big "offensive" cartoon movie, South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut! In this episode we talk about the differences between crude and cheeseball comedy, we talk about the fact that sometimes things can be forgiven for copious amounts of money, and Kevin talks about why he thinks the South Park movie is one of the few perfect films out there. Enjoy!
