MPM: Ep. 210 - So Long, And Thanks For Alan Rickman

Galaxy Quest | The Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy - Hey everyone! Welcome to another episode of Motion Picture Meltdown! As sad day hit us recently as the amazing and talented actor, Alan Rickman unfortunately lost the battle to cancer. This week Phil, Dehart, Cheats and myself decided to honor the man by going through a couple of his lesser known Science Fiction movies. In this episode, we roast through Galaxy Quest as well as the insanely underrated adaptation to the book by Douglas Adams, The Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy. In this episode, you will hear us talk about what planet we would most like to visit or live on, we talk about how Galaxy Quest may indeed be the best Star Trek movie ever made, and we talk about how we all imagine Alan Rickman being uncomfortably shoved into the Marvin suit. Enjoy!
